Prayer is a vital part of our
life as a Christian family and we offer additional opportunities for
group and individual prayer, outside of the Sunday services.
First Monday of the month 8pm
All Saints’
PrayerForce – an informal time to
pray for the needs of the parish and the local community and everyone is
welcome, there is no pressure for you to pray aloud.
First Tuesday of the month 10am St
Stephen’s
Mother’s Union Prayer – a short service of quiet prayer,
open to everyone, not just members of MU.
Every Friday 10.30am to
11.30am St Stephen’s
Church is open for Quiet Prayer to allow you to just come in and
pray. There is no set service, but just light a candle and sit and enjoy
the presence of God.
Prayer Requests – if you have a particular need for prayer
you can enter your request into our prayer books, available at both
churches. Alternatively contact us and we can pray for your particular

Prayer
Chain – in addition we have an immediate response system
for urgent needs whereupon church members are contacted via telephone and
email to pray immediately. If you
feel this may be appropriate for you, please contact us via the vicar Rev
